Our thermoformer lets us tackle large-scale projects efficiently and effectively, setting us apart from the competition.

Membrane Press

With a capacity of 370x130x50cm, it's a powerhouse.

Our large-capacity Membrane Press makes your bespoke commercial projects, quick and easy.

The Rearo Solid Surface team:

  • Insert the jig
  • Put the pre-heated sheet material in
  • Activate the press: A vacuum is created and the pressure presses the membrane and material strongly against the mould
    • Allow to cool (approx 20mins)

No more fussing with multiple smaller jigs—our press gets the job done in one go.
